As I get ready to celebrate Thanksgiving Day, I have two thoughts.
First, I’m grateful that you allow me into your email space every week. I believe God called me to do the work that I do, so when you read my emails, watch my videos, and participate in my trainings, I know I’m living my calling and operating in my present assignment. You are a blessing to me and I’m grateful.
Second, Thanksgiving may not be a joyful time for you. Thirty-two years ago, I lost my father the week of Thanksgiving and since that time, although I love the holiday, there’s still some sadness around it for me.
So, if you have mixed emotions about Thanksgiving, I want you to know two things. Number one, I am praying for you. I have called out your name to the Lord and I know that He hears my prayers. The second thing is this: you are not alone. The Creator of the universe is with you and He loves you. He will help you through this time and any other hard ones in the days and months to come.
